Our Community

As neighbors working together, we have the opportunity to create a welcoming environment and a vibrant lifestyle at Building 24.  To do this, unit owners must be aware of the issues affecting our daily lives. On our website, you will find general information as well as updated announcements about current issues affecting Building 24.  Please check this website often and be informed.

Board Meetings

Board meetings are held monthly, on the 2nd Monday of the month, in the Playdium.  The meeting is conducted in accordance with the published agenda.  Upon completion of agenda items,  the floor is opened to discussion with the unit owners.  Unit owners are strongly encouraged to attend.  You may e-mail the Board of Directors and our property manager from the "Contact Us" page.
